WINDOWS

Since 1998, our team has designed and installed glass rooms, doors and windows, and the same expertise goes into every aluminium window we make for homes and businesses in Dubai and across the UAE.

Our windows are specified for the UAE climate, with glass and frame options chosen to reduce heat gain, keep out dust and noise, and stay good-looking with very little maintenance.

Every window is made to measure in our Al Quoz factory and installed by our own team, so you get one point of contact from site visit to handover.

Aluminium Windows in Dubai for Villas, Apartments and Buildings

Well-made windows keep your home cooler, quieter and brighter. 360 Glassrooms designs, fabricates and installs made-to-measure aluminium windows for villas, apartments, offices and commercial buildings across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the UAE, from our factory in Al Quoz.

Whether you are building a new villa, renovating or replacing old, leaking windows, we help you choose the right opening style, glass and frame for each room.

Benefits of Aluminium Windows in the UAE

  • Handles the heat – aluminium does not warp, crack or fade in high summer temperatures.
  • Slim, strong frames – more glass and more daylight with less frame.
  • Better insulation – thermal break profiles and double glazed glass reduce heat gain and help lower cooling costs.
  • Noise reduction – quality seals and insulated glass keep traffic and city noise out.
  • Dust protection – tight seals help keep sand and dust outside.
  • Low maintenance – powder-coated frames need only occasional cleaning.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do aluminium windows cost in Dubai?

The price depends on window size, opening type, glass specification (single, double glazed, tinted or laminated), frame profile and finish. We provide an exact quotation after measuring your openings.

Are aluminium windows better than UPVC in the UAE?

Aluminium is strong, slim and does not warp or discolour in high heat, which is why it is widely used in Dubai. Thermal break aluminium also improves insulation, closing much of the gap with UPVC.

Can I replace my old windows without major building work?

In most villas and apartments, existing windows can be removed and new aluminium windows fitted into the same openings with minimal disruption. We assess this during the site visit.

Do double glazed windows reduce noise and heat?

Yes. Double glazed units reduce heat transfer and outside noise, helping to keep rooms cooler and quieter, especially near busy roads or in high-rise buildings.

Which window style is best for apartments?

Sliding windows save space and suit balconies, while casement and tilt-and-turn windows seal tightly and are easy to clean from inside. We recommend the best style for each room.
